Accessibility Statement

Holt Therapy, LLC is committed to making both this website and my practice as accessible as possible. Below is where things currently stand, and how to reach me if you need an accommodation not addressed here.

This Website

I aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, to the best of my ability as a solo practitioner building and maintaining this site myself. That means working toward things like readable color contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive text for images and links, and a layout that holds up when resized or viewed with a screen reader.

This is a good-faith, ongoing effort rather than a certified or audited conformance claim. If you run into anything on this site that doesn't work well with the technology you use, I want to know about it — see "Reporting an Issue" below.

The Physical Office

My office at 126 East Callender Street, Ste 6, Livingston, MT is located in a historic building. Because the building holds historic designation, structural ADA modifications (such as adding an elevator or widening doorways) aren't something I'm able to make. Specifically:

• The office is accessed by stairs, with no elevator.
• Interior doorways and spaces are narrower than current accessibility standards.

I recognize this is a real barrier, and I don't consider it acceptable to just leave it at that. If the physical space doesn't work for you, I offer accommodations on a case-by-case basis, including:

• Telehealth sessions (video)
• Phone sessions
• Meeting at your home or another mutually accessible location

Service animals are always welcome in session, no advance notice required.

Reporting a Website Issue

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website — a page that doesn't work with your screen reader, text that's hard to read, a control you can't operate by keyboard — please let me know using the contact info above. Include the page and what happened, if you're able, and I'll work to fix it.
